Home Visit Program

Bringing Stroke Care and Support to Your Doorstep

Home Visits Program for Stroke Survivors in Uganda

At Stroke Foundation Uganda, we understand that many stroke survivors face physical, emotional, and financial barriers that make it difficult to access clinic-based care. Our Home Visits Program ensures that no stroke survivor is left behind by delivering personalized medical, rehabilitative, and emotional support directly to patients in their homes.

In Uganda, a large number of stroke survivors—especially in rural and low-income communities—lack access to transportation, rehabilitation centers, and follow-up care. This results in delayed recovery, poor quality of life, and caregiver stress.

Our home-based stroke rehabilitation and care program addresses these challenges by offering consistent, compassionate, and professional services in the comfort of the patient’s home.
